The Rally fee = $0
Arrival: Sunday, May 17th. Departure: Friday May 22nd. We have use of their Event Center for these 5 days. You may stay two days after these dates at the special rally rates if you’d like to do some local sightseeing.
The Rally Rates: Taxes and a one-time $12.00 Resort Fee are not included in the pricing below. There is also a one-time $40 cleaning fee for Tiny Homes and Glamping Tents.

Below are excerpts from our contract with the resort
● Deposit: Members are responsible for booking reservations from designated rally blocks of sites, 1st night of reservation will be collected upon making reservation and 7 days prior to arrival balance will be collected.
● Cancelation/Refund Policy: Individual Reservations MUST be canceled or changed at least 7 days PRIOR to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the resort during business hours. Email notifications are NOT accepted. Reservations CANNOT be shortened upon arrival or during your stay with any type of refund or transfer of money to a future reservation. Reservations are locked on the 7th day.
● Carefree Guarantee: We offer an OPTIONAL $25.00 Carefree Vacation Protection Program that allows you to cancel up until your day of arrival. Carefree Guarantee is NON-REFUNDABLE & must be purchased at time of booking. Carefree Guarantee does not provide refunds or credits for early departure. In the event, you need to cancel inside the 7 day cancellation period and you have purchased the Carefree Guarantee policy at time of booking, you will be given a credit voucher for the amount of money paid LESS the $25.00 Carefree Guarantee Policy. We will not issue a refund inside the 7 day cancellation period, but The Carefree Guarantee Vacation Protection Policy allows you to reschedule your dates with a Credit Voucher/Gift Certificate that will be valid for 5 Years. In the event you choose new dates, you will have the option to purchase the Carefree Guarantee for your new dates. If a guest does not purchase the Carefree Guarantee, the cancellation policy will apply inside 7 days prior to arrival and you will lose your non-refundable deposit that is now due in full 7 days prior to arrival. We will not make any exceptions since we have offered this extremely affordable program that allows flexibility in uncertain times.
